Submit one piece of artwork to accompany a haiku or tanka provided by a poet for the current issue. The image may be in any choice of technique--photograph, digital art, painting, pencil/ink sketches, etc. ONLY ONE will be selected as a collaborative work to be included in the video journal.
If your artwork is chosen, you will be given the chance to post your haiku or tanka, published or unpublished, for the next issue and to select the artwork submitted by other artists that works best with your poem. In addition, you will be receiving a free dvd copy of the current issue.
Email your highest quality artwork (300 dpi if possible) to [email protected] as an attachment with the subject heading - "Take the Challenge! Submission"
Since Emma Alexander Arthur won in the previous issue, she is providing the poem for Issue 18.
