frameless sky
the boardwalk too small
for my dreams

A Hundred Gourds 1: 14 September 2012
Dreams keep me enthusiastic about life. One of the dreams I’ve envisioned for quite some time is to showcase poets, artists, and musicians in one collaborative project.
Life is full of “aha moments.” We live under a frameless sky where there are endless stimuli and inspirations. Creative energy flows as our ideas, dreams, and experiences expand.

I invite you to convey to me in words, images, or music what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. Share with everyone your unique and fresh way of looking at ordinary things around you.
Kindly browse through the Submission page. There you will find the submission requirements and deadlines.

 Warm regards,

Christine L. Villa
Founding Editor and Video Artist of Frameless Sky

ABOUT THE EDITOR:

Picture

Christine L. Villa is a bachelor of arts in Business Administration graduate of Maryknoll
College in Manila, Philippines. She was a dedicated math tutor for many years until she migrated
to   Sacramento, California  in 2003 and discovered her two great passions—writing children’s
books  and Japanese short-form poetry. Aside from being a published children’s writer, she is also
an  award-winning haiku and tanka poet. She is the author of The Bluebird's Cry, a collection of
haiku,   haiga,  tanka art, and tanka prose about her journey through grief and loss.  If she is not
busy writing, you  can find her taking photographs, doing  crafts, or playing the ukulele. Chrissi
believes  that as long  as she continually nurtures her creative nature and loves expressing it, she
will  always have  something new to offer to the world.
